MiMo is a small, personal practice — and that includes how we handle the information you share with us. Here's the whole policy in plain language.
What we collect
Only what you choose to share when you email or message us — usually your name, your dog's name, your email or phone number, your neighbourhood, and anything you tell us about your dog. We don't ask for more than we need to look after your pet.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, plan a Meet & Greet, build a routine that fits your dog, and stay in touch about visits. That's it.
What we never do
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. We don't run ads on this site, and we don't add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Where it lives
Your messages live in our email inbox (Gmail). Routine notes and schedules are kept in private files only Amelia and any trained MiMo caregiver can access. We keep things small and personal — that includes how we handle your information.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to share what we have on file for you, correct it, or delete it. Just email info.mimopetcare@gmail.com and we'll take care of it as soon as possible.

This site does not use marketing cookies or third-party trackers. If we ever add basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages help visitors, we'll update this page first.
